First day of school at Our Lady of Fatima 2010/2011

Today was the first day of school for the girls. Claire entered Kindergarten in Mrs. de los Santos' class and Emilie is in 2nd grade in Mrs. Spires' class. They were both very excited to go back to school.

Summer Fun

Here are a few pictures of our trip to Destin and Niceville, Florida at the end of July. We went to check on our house between renters and stayed at the Destin Army Recreation Area for 12 days. Mike worked during the week and met us during the weekends. It was a blast!

Emilie LOVED the waves. She was upset that I was telling her to stay close to shore when I was not in the water and she was lying in the ocean to get hit by the waves.

This was at the Air Force Museum in Niceville, the girls used to love going there when we lived in FL and they had a great time going back there.

4th July on the beach in Biloxi with our friends, the Voces, before they moved to NC (we miss them a lot!)

Fun with the Bass Family, some school friends who took swimming lessons with them.

The girls loved swimming lessons this year. They did 2 sessions at the Biloxi Natatorium. They both enjoyed diving from the high board.
